Car Service City discount promotion

Terms and conditions

King Price and Car Service City (‘CSC’) are running a joint campaign to promote King Price’s car insurance (‘the promotion ‘) for eligible clients of CSC.

The tough stuff:

  • This promotion runs from 24 January 2026 and will continue until it’s terminated by CSC and/or King Price.
  • A King Price representative will call you to give you a quick quote.

    • New King Price clients

    • The promotion gives you a discount of R400 (inclusive of VAT) on your CSC invoice if you’re a new King Price client who applies for and receives a commitment-free quote for comprehensive car insurance, and you don’t have an existing King Price insurance policy.

    Existing King Price clients

    • If you’re an existing King Price client with comprehensive car insurance, you’ll qualify for a discount of R200 (inclusive of VAT) on your CSC invoice if you get a commitment-free insurance quote for additional cover for your buildings or home contents.
  • This promotion is only redeemable at participating CSC branches. See the full list here.
  • The promotion is non-transferable. It can only be redeemed once and can’t be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Only 1 promotion per person is permitted during the campaign.
  • King Price reserves the right to remove any entries that are considered fraudulent or dishonest.
  • King Price is entitled, at its absolute and sole discretion and without notice, to change or modify these T’s & C’s and reject entries from anyone who acts outside the fair spirit of the promotion.
  • You must complete the comprehensive car insurance quote before paying your CSC invoice. If you pay your invoice without completing the quote, you won’t be able to return to the branch to redeem your discount or cash. If this happens, your entry into the promotion will be deemed invalid.
  • It’s up to you as the client to inform the branch if you got a quote from King Price, to ensure that you get your discount at the CSC branch.
  • By entering the promotion, you agree that King Price is in no way responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the promotion or for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays whatsoever.
  • You can’t make a claim against King Price for defects in the validity of this promotion, data, or other electronically transmitted info regarding this promotion.
  • By giving King Price and/or CSC your name and contact details, you agree that they may email, phone, or WhatsApp you.
  • Cars that are used for any of the following purposes will be excluded from this promotion and aren’t insured by King Price:
    • Emergency services (including traffic control and armed response).
    • Law enforcement.
    • Rental purposes.
    • Towing.
    • Driving instruction.
    • Taxi purposes or transporting of fare-paying passengers.

Who can enter:

  • If you're 18 or older and you're a South African citizen or have a valid permanent residence permit, you're eligible to enter (except for King Price and CSC staff, family, and suppliers).
  • To qualify for this promotion, you must service and/or repair your car at a participating CSC branch listed on this page and get a commitment-free comprehensive car insurance quote from King Price.
